Hand sanitizing gel is over 95% water and sterilizing alcohol, yet it does not flow like water or alcohol, but instead spreads like Ketchup and peanut butter!

We took our SIGT mentees through the process of making this odd-behaving fluid/or solid? to illustrates the omnipresence of soft and complex fluids in everyday life.
